Local Runtime
Your worker, your machine. The dashboard and WhatsApp session run where you install them — not locked behind a rented cloud inbox.
About
Teams needed WhatsApp automation they could own — not another rented inbox with shallow forms. OpenWa is a self-contained desktop worker: dashboard, flows, campaigns, and the WhatsApp client in one place.
Cloud-only tools often trade control for convenience. You get a QR somewhere in a browser tab, limited ops visibility, and little room to call your own APIs mid-conversation. We wanted the opposite: install the worker, connect WhatsApp, design real branching questionnaires, and run broadcasts with delivery you can actually manage.
OpenWa is built by Asifur Studios (asifur.in). The product name is OpenWa — a desktop WhatsApp operations suite for brands that need questionnaires, API steps, campaigns, and permissioned teams without surrendering the runtime.
Your worker, your machine. The dashboard and WhatsApp session run where you install them — not locked behind a rented cloud inbox.
Brands, roles, and module grants keep operators focused. Superadmins see the fleet; brand users see their lane.
Flows aren’t just Q&A. Mid-conversation API steps bind answers, hit your endpoints, and keep chatting with mapped results.
Conversation state lives in memory on the worker. We record message counts for ops — not a warehouse of customer replies.
